1. Shipping Policy & Delivery Times We strictly process all orders within 24 to 48 hours. Furthermore, our product prices include all applicable taxes. We offer the following shipping options to our target regions:
India (Domestic): A flat shipping fee of ₹60 applies to all orders below ₹999, while Free Shipping is available on all orders of ₹999 and above. (Estimated Delivery: 3–9 Business Days)
United Arab Emirates (UAE): Free Standard Shipping. (Estimated Delivery: 3–10 Business Days)
Saudi Arabia: Free Standard Shipping. (Estimated Delivery: 3–10 Business Days)
United Kingdom (UK): Free Standard Shipping. (Estimated Delivery: 10–26 Business Days)
United States (USA): Free Standard Shipping. (Estimated Delivery: 10–26 Business Days)
Once we dispatch your order, we will share a tracking link with you via email or WhatsApp.
2. Return Window & Eligibility If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process. To be eligible for a return, you must ensure the item remains unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Domestic Orders (India): You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
International Orders (Saudi Arabia, UAE, UK, USA): You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare and cosmetic products unless you received a defective or damaged item.
3. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact our support team immediately with your order details and clear photos of the product.

Once we approve your request, we will provide you with specific return instructions and the return address for our Bangalore facility.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item, unless we distributed an incorrect, damaged, or defective product to you. Original shipping costs (if applicable on Indian orders below ₹999) are strictly non-refundable.
5. Refund Process After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If we approve your return, we will initiate a refund directly to your original method of payment. Consequently, you will receive the credit within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.
