Refund and Returns Policy
At IMPEXBEAUTY , we take great pride in the quality of our hair, skin, and body care products. Since cosmetics are personal care items, we maintain a strict hygiene and safety protocol. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are processed.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept return or exchange requests only under the following circumstances:

Damaged on Arrival: The product was physically damaged during transit.

Defective Products: The product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., faulty pump, broken seal).

Wrong Item Delivered: You received an item different from what you ordered.
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or if the original seal has been tampered with.
The Mandatory Unboxing Video
To protect both the customer and our company against fraudulent claims, IMPEXBEAUTY requires a clear, unedited unboxing video for all return/refund requests.

The video must start from the moment you begin opening the outer shipping package.

The shipping label must be clearly visible in the video.

Any damage or incorrect items must be clearly shown in the same continuous clip.

Failure to provide an unboxing video may result in the rejection of your claim.
Reporting Window

Retail/Online Orders: Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Wholesale (B2B/IndiaMart): For bulk orders, any discrepancies or damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the consignment.
International Exports
For orders shipped outside of India:

Due to high shipping costs and customs regulations, we generally do not offer returns for international orders unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

In case of damage, a refund for the product value (excluding shipping/duties) or a credit note for your next order will be issued upon verification of the unboxing video and photos.
Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the product is received/inspected at our warehouse:

Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Timeline: Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment gateway.

Marketplace Orders: For purchases made on Amazon, Flipkart, or Meesho, the refund/return process will be governed by that specific platform’s policy.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products purchased during a “Clearance Sale” or via special promotional “Flash Deals.”

Items with missing serial numbers, Batch IDs, or tampered labels.

Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer.
Wholesale & B2B (IndiaMart)
Wholesale orders are final. Exchanges are only permitted for manufacturing defects or shipping damages confirmed at the time of delivery. Bulk cancellations after the order has been processed for shipping will incur a restocking fee.
