Shipping, Return, and Refund Policy
Welcome to IMPEXBEAUTY, a unit of Kola Enterprises. As an authorized online retailer of authentic skincare and cosmetic products, we are dedicated to providing high-quality items directly to our valued customers. Please read our combined shipping, return, exchange, and refund policies carefully.
1. Shipping Policy & Delivery Times We strictly process all orders within 24 to 48 hours. Furthermore, our product prices include all applicable taxes; there are no hidden fees at checkout. We offer the following shipping options for our customers in India:
Shipping Region: India (Domestic)
Shipping Rates: A flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies to all orders below ₹999.
Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders of ₹999 and above.
Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available and is subject to an additional handling fee of ₹30.
Total Delivery Time: 3 to 9 Business Days (Transit Time).
Once we dispatch your order, we will share a tracking link with you via email or WhatsApp.
2. Return & Exchange Window & Eligibility If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.
Window: You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.
Product Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must ensure the item remains unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (New Condition).
Accepted Reasons: We gladly accept returns and exchanges for both non-defective products (change of mind/customer remorse) and defective/damaged items.
Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened skincare and cosmetic products unless you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange To start a return or exchange, please contact our support team immediately with your order details and clear photos of the product.

Once we approve your request, we will provide you with specific instructions. Please note that all our returns and exchanges are processed strictly by mail/courier. We do not offer in-store drop-offs.

4. Shipping Costs & Labels (Free Returns) At IMPEXBEAUTY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Consequently, we offer Free Returns and Exchanges for all eligible products within your designated window.
Return Shipping Label: A prepaid return shipping label is provided by us (Free of cost). Simply print the provided label, paste it on the box, and hand it over to the courier to send it back to our Bangalore facility.
Restocking Fees: We strictly do not charge any restocking fees (No Cost).
5. Refund Process & Timeframe After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund or exchange.
Refund Processing Time: If we approve your return, we will process your refund within 7 days.
Refund Method: We will initiate the refund directly to your original method of payment (via Razorpay).
Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping costs (the ₹50 flat fee on orders below ₹999) and the ₹30 COD handling fee are strictly non-refundable.
